Distance from Baku to Zagatala is 360 km and distance from the regional center (Zagatala) to the project site (Goyem) is 16 km.
Objectives of the project
The main objective of the proposed project is the construction of the school building in Goyem village of Zagatala accommodating 240 schoolchildren with general goal of: Creation of normal conditions for education of the children of Goyem and surrounding villages of Zagatala.
